1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Time for a Song (the "Service"), operated by Netlo Krzysztof Mrozowski, registered at ul. Skłodowskiej 4/6, 49-304 Brzeg, Poland, VAT number PL7471886886, REGON 543210866 ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Time for a Song creates a personalized, AI-generated song based on the details you provide (recipient, occasion, story, style and vocal preferences). You can generate the lyrics and a short preview sample for free. The full, studio-quality track and related extras are delivered after purchase.
Because each song is generated by AI, every version is unique and produced individually. Re-generating or editing lyrics after a song has been created may change its melody and arrangement.

- a full, personalized song (typically 2–3 minutes) as a downloadable MP3 audio file;
- the complete lyrics written from the story and details you provide;
- a private, shareable link to your song, plus, depending on the package you choose, extras such as a photo slideshow video, a karaoke and instrumental version, a personalized song page and a keepsake PDF.
Digital delivery & timing. Everything is delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. After a successful payment your song is produced automatically and, in the standard flow, is ready within minutes to a few hours depending on the selected package and current load; the finished files and video may complete at slightly different times. You are notified by email and can access everything from your order page. If anything takes longer than expected, contact us at hello@timeforasong.com.
3. Payments — Merchant of Record
Our payments for purchases are handled by either Creem (creem.io) or Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), each acting as our Merchant of Record (authorized reseller) for our products. The provider that applies to your purchase depends on the payment method you select at checkout. That provider is the contractual seller for the purchase: it charges payment, appears on your bank statement and receipt, collects and remits applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), and issues the invoice/receipt. Your use of the selected provider's checkout is also subject to the terms it presents at checkout.
Invoices and receipts are therefore issued by the Merchant of Record (Creem or Dodo Payments), not by us. We, Netlo Krzysztof Mrozowski, are the underlying service provider (supplier) that produces and delivers the song.
4. Pricing & packages
Prices are shown on the order page in your local currency and include any taxes calculated by our Merchant of Record (Creem or Dodo Payments) at checkout. We offer different packages (e.g. Basic, Optimal, Prestige) that differ in delivery time and extras. The price and package shown to you at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
5. AI-generated content
Songs are produced using third-party AI tools. The vocals are generic, synthetic AI voices; we do not clone, impersonate or recreate the voice or likeness of any specific real person, and we do not produce deepfakes. You may not use the Service to request impersonation of a real individual's voice or likeness.
6. Your content and rights
You are responsible for the text, names, stories and any photos you submit. By submitting them you confirm that:
- you have the right to use that content;
- for any photos, you own the rights or have the author's permission, and you have the consent of every person shown (and, for minors, the consent of their parent or legal guardian) to display them on your song page;
- the content is not unlawful, infringing, hateful or offensive.
You grant us a limited licence to use this content solely to create and deliver your song and the extras you ordered.
7. Your licence to the song
Once your order is paid, you receive a personal licence to download and use the finished song for private, non-commercial purposes (such as a gift). Files are available for 365 days (one year) from generation, regardless of the package; we recommend downloading them to your own device.
8. Refunds
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Refunds and our money-back terms are described in our Refund Policy. Our Merchant of Record (Creem or Dodo Payments, whichever processed your payment) processes approved refunds back to your original payment method.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe anyone's rights, or to create content that is hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that impersonates a real person. We may decline or cancel orders that breach these Terms or our providers' policies.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
12. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
