How refunds are processed
Payments for Time for a Song are handled by our Merchant of Record — either Creem (creem.io) or Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), depending on the payment method you selected at checkout. Once a refund is approved, our Merchant of Record (Creem or Dodo Payments, whichever processed your payment) processes it back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear.

- Tell us briefly what was wrong — this helps us either fix the song or arrange the refund quickly.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Digital content & statutory rights
Our products are digital items generated and delivered to you. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right may end once delivery/download begins with your consent — but our voluntary 30-day guarantee above goes beyond the legal minimum.
