The demo is free and is created right after you complete the form. Access to the full version depends on the package: with Optimal and Prestige you can listen right away (usually within a few minutes of payment), while with the Basic package the full version unlocks 24 hours after purchase.

Yes. Every song is created solely from your story, the recipient's name, the occasion and the chosen style — that's what makes it truly personal.

A finished song usually runs from 2 to 4 minutes. The maximum length is 8 minutes.

The demo is always free. Full packages: Basic $19.99 (full version with access after 24 h), Optimal $24.99 (full version right away + a custom cover from your photo) and Prestige $44.99 (everything in Optimal + a second version, a keepsake PDF, a personalized page with a dedication, a photo slideshow, custom cover, instrumental and karaoke).

Yes — it's an optional "Your photos in the player" add-on for $12. Instead of cover art, your song's player will show an automatic slideshow of your photos. You add the photos (up to 5) yourself on the order page when choosing your package, before payment — and you set their order too. The fee is added to a single payment for your order.

Quickly and securely through our payment partner. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You choose your payment method on the order page.

Yes — the finished MP3 is available for download on the order page (we email you a link to that page; we don't send the file itself by email). Availability depends on the package: Basic 45 days, Optimal 60 days, Complete 365 days. We recommend downloading the song to your own device so you have it forever.

Yes. Before the song is created, you can refine the generated lyrics — make your own changes or ask the AI to revise them.

If a name is uncommon or could be mispronounced, spell it out phonetically the way it sounds (for example "Siobhan" → "Shi-vawn") in your notes. That way the AI vocal sings it naturally and correctly.

Yes. A receipt is issued automatically for every order and sent to your email by our payment provider, who handles billing and any applicable taxes.

We use the latest AI tools to create the lyrics and music, but always based on your unique story as you tell it.

Yes! The finished song is yours — you can play it publicly (at a wedding, birthday or anniversary), share it on social media, and use it commercially and for advertising. We charge no additional licensing fees.

The demo is a free preview of your song — it lets you judge the lyrics, voice and mood before you pay anything. After payment you unlock the full, finished version in high quality to download (MP3). With the Prestige package you also get a second, alternative version of the song, a keepsake PDF with the lyrics and a personalized page with a dedication.

Yes. In the wizard you choose who sings (a male or female voice) and its pitch, as well as the genre, tempo and mood of the song. That way the song sounds exactly the way you imagined.

By default we create songs in English. If you'd love a song in another language, mention it in your story or get in touch before ordering — we'll do our best to help.

It's one of the most common reasons people order. ☺️ A personalized song is a unique gift for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, Mother's/Father's Day or a thank-you. You can give the finished song along with a beautiful player page by sending a link or playing it at the celebration.

Yes. We treat your memories and data confidentially and use them only to prepare your song. The page with the finished song is available at a unique, private link and is not indexed by search engines. You'll find the details in our Privacy Policy.

Of course. You order each song separately through the wizard — you can create songs for different people and occasions, as many as you like.
